I opened my agency in September 2023 and currently lead a team of two, with plans to continue growing. Before becoming an agent, I spent more than a decade as a State Farm Claims Representative. That experience gave me a strong understanding of the industry, customer needs, and the importance of being there for people when they need help most.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Drew Herb - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
